Andrei Sakharov - nuclear physicist, dissident, human rights activist; swam in the same circles as Naum Meiman, Inna's husband. (They're in a pic together in this Wikipedia article.)

07July - The Virgin Blue

Ali Baba's in Golden for Erica's book pick, The Virgin Blue.

We were: Alayna, Amy, Erica, Kjirsten, Leslie - in other words, none of the charter book club members?!

Also of note:
~ No alcohol on the menu at Ali Baba's. Appropriately, we all drank thematically appropriate Virgin drinks.
~ We weren't sure if our waiter was going to spit in our food as we weren't the most straightforward, prepared orderers. If only he'd slipped us a few shots.
~ Kjirsten will never again order the...oh, shite, I've already forgotten what it was, the Hummus Be Schwarma??
~ Erica will be attending Train / Maroon 5 concert at Red Rocks, on the house. Wow!
~ Alayna will NOT be creating a presentation for her family reunion.
~ Leslie was up for moving past the virgins to The Spot next door, after dinner.
~ Amy generously collected leftovers to feed The Hubs.
